Owned by native islanders, this townhouse duplex has undergone recent updates, including a fresh new paint facelift, indoor furnishings, and a stocked gourmet kitchen and coffee bar. Step outside to relax on the polywood deck furniture, fire up the outdoor park-style grill, or gather around the picnic table for al fresco dining. ?

Inside, a charming nautical theme runs throughout, with a spacious cathedral ceiling in the living room overlooking the harbor and front deck. The fully stocked kitchen seamlessly opens to the living room and dining area, offering a perfect setting for gatherings with loved ones. 

Experience the beauty of signature Ocracoke sunrises and sunsets right from your front row seat. Outdoor enthusiasts will delight in activities such as kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, and fishing, with the dock featuring a fish cleaning bench and sun deck.
