Introducing Saunder's Cottage, a spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat nestled in Wahab Village. This contemporary island home boasts an inviting open floor plan downstairs, vaulted ceilings in the great room and bedrooms, and beautiful wood trim throughout.
Step inside to discover a well-appointed kitchen, two dining areas, a comfortable living area, and a versatile den that can serve as a working office space or be transformed into an additional sleeping area with both a double and queen-sized futon.
Relax and unwind on one of the three decks or two screened-in porches, complete with rocking chairs and deck swings. The upstairs deck/porch offers sweeping views across the marsh to the ocean, providing the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower to freshen up before settling in for the evening.
Please note that this Saturday turn-day property does not provide linens or towels, but rental options are available upon inquiry. Parking is limited to 3 cars, ensuring convenience during your stay.

To be honest, availability and price we’re driving factors in our selection of this house. It ended up that we really liked the layout, the furnishings, the porches, most everything about the house; it was very comfortable. If we were coming back for another short visit we would consider it again for sure.
