Overall, this property is lovely, well-maintained, and has many very thoughtful touches, like the water faucet right outside the main door for rinsing sandy feet, the first floor (under the house) level, etc. Love the high ceilings and the light and airy feeling on the 2nd floor, especially the bedroom.

The Pelican was absolutely the best property we have ever rented. It met our needs in every way. A lot of times pictures of properties are taken with wide angle lenses and make the rooms look larger than they actually are. The Pelican was great. Only problem I have is I can't live there!
